These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sorxi service operated by Sorxi, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sorxi provides general information from publicly available and licensed sources to assist healthcare professionals, students, and patients with health-related questions. The service is not a licensed healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing cycles are disclosed before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Late or failed payments may suspend your access.
The service is not HIPAA-compliant. You agree not to input, upload, or share any Protected Health Information (PHI), identifiable patient data, or other sensitive information.
The service functions as a support tool only. You must verify its output and may not rely on it for clinical decisions, emergency care, or regulatory compliance.

All rights to the service, technology, interface, and content belong to Sorxi, LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the system or its underlying models.

Sorxi, LLC is not liable for damages including lost profits, injury, clinical errors, or legal consequences arising from use of the service.
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal compliance reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are resolved in Wyoming state or federal courts.
These Terms may be updated periodically. We will notify you via the website or your registered email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
