This Privacy Policy describes how Sorxi, LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services. Our services are intended for U.S.-based healthcare professionals, students, and patients. They are not intended for anyone under 18.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and professional credentials when you create an account. We also collect usage data such as the questions you ask, responses you receive, and how you engage with the service. Standard technical data (IP address, device type, browser) is collected automatically.
Sorxi does not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage data with partners only with your explicit consent. We do not share your name, email address, credentials, or any PHI with external parties.
