Acceptable Use Policy for Chatbot and API Services

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy“) governs the use of the AI chatbot and related services (“Service“) provided by SORXI LLC (“SORXI,” “we,” or “us”) via our website or through authorized API integrations. By accessing or using the Service, the user (“you“) agrees to comply with this Policy.

This Policy is designed to protect the safety, privacy, and trust of healthcare professionals, students, patients, and all users accessing the Service within the United States.

1. Purpose and Audience

The Service is intended to assist licensed nurses, allied healthcare professionals, students, and patients in the U.S. with access to general health-related information, educational content, and support tools. The Service does not replace clinical judgment, professional training, or licensed medical advice.

2. Content Limitations

You agree not to use the Service to generate or disseminate:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence
  • Defamatory, misleading, or false medical claims
  • Content infringing on third-party copyrights or trademarks
  • Adult content or content related to illegal substances or activities
  • Personal health information (PHI) or private data that violates HIPAA or other U.S. privacy laws

Accuracy Notice:

The Service may occasionally provide incorrect or outdated information. It is your responsibility to verify any medical or factual content before acting on it.

Professional Use Reminder:

The chatbot is a support tool, not a licensed healthcare provider. It is not a substitute for clinical expertise, emergency medical advice, or regulatory compliance guidance.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the Service responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose
  • Avoid excessive or abusive use that may interfere with others’ access
  • Not share your account or API credentials with others
  • Not use automation, bots, or scripts to access the Service without prior approval
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA, FDA regulations, and professional licensing rules

SORXI reserves the right to throttle or suspend access in cases of misuse or abuse.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the chatbot, its models, prompts, interface, and related technology belong exclusively to SORXI LLC. You may use generated content within the bounds of this Policy and applicable law, but you receive no rights to the underlying system or proprietary methods.

5. Privacy and Protected Health Information (PHI)

While the Service is designed with user privacy in mind, you must not input or share identifiable patient data or PHI. The Service is not HIPAA-compliant and should not be used for diagnosis, treatment planning, or storing protected health records.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available.” SORXI LLC makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SORXI disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service.

7. Enforcement and Reporting

SORXI may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we believe you have violated this Policy. You may report misuse or abuse to [email protected].

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or restrict content as needed to ensure compliance.

8. Updates to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the website or registered email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
